Unconditional

Meet Wally, he is doggo!

If there is one thing you can learn from dogs, its unconditional love. Dogs are the leaders in all things love, they are open hearted, there to comfort us when our emotions are fired up, or sad. A dog doesn’t see our faults, or our imperfection, they love us no matter what.

What can I take from this relationship? 🤔

Oh right, unconditional love ❤️

If Wally (my doggy) loves me with no question, why is it so hard to love ourselves. We sometimes choose to reflect on what’s negative in our lives, and sometimes we don’t mean to at all, it’s just our auto-pilot subconscious mind, taking the lead and telling us we are not worthy…. Its hard to shut that up, it’s hard to change that talk from negative to truth.

Good news is, it’s possible, but it takes work, it gets uncomfortable before it comes naturally… After all there are years of hurt from childhood memories we have held onto, repetitive mean thoughts we tell ourselves daily, its ugly to unfold.

BUT IT CAN BE DONE!

Best part, is you don’t need to go it alone, never once has it been more ok to ask for help, its not weak, it’s nessesary for evolution.  A therapist, a coach, a healer, a friend, whoever it can be to hold space for you without judgement, trusting yourself to feel your feelings. We are allowed to feel, we are allowed to experience emotions that are uncomfortable and we can talk it though. Never feel isolated or alone, always ask for help if its needed. The journey is long and hard, but its worth freeing yourself, its worth moving forward, I am trying, you can too.

With love ❤️
